Terms of Trade(e.g. Deposit Policy, Cancellation Policy, Purchase Policy)

A deposit of one night's tariff is required to confirm your booking unless otherwise stated. A $20 administration and cancellation fee will be deducted from ALL deposits refunded due to cancellations. Refunds are only guaranteed if the reservation is cancelled within seven days. Cancellations with less notice will result in loss of full deposit unless the site or accommodation is re-let. Special conditions will apply to cancellations of group bookings and one off events.
